MSYPN Has Busy Summer Ahead

By June 26, 2018May 25th, 2021eMS News

This past month, the MSYPN met with RMMSC Board Chair, Del Arnold, and Board Member, Erica Tarpey. Del and Erica discussed their careers, what led them to the RMMSC board, and shared networking tips. The MSYPN really enjoyed getting to know our Board members.

Expressions of MS

Art Exhibit BigsbysFolly HeaderNext month, the MSYPN will be hosting Expressions of MS on Wednesday, July 25 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bigsby’s Folly (located at 3563 Wazee St., Denver).

Seeing MS through the eyes of those living with it on a daily basis is a powerful way to begin to understand what life with MS is really like. Artists can find ways through their work to show their own interpretations and experiences with MS. This event will feature music and art from MS patients and MSYPN members, all aimed at raising awareness about multiple sclerosis.

Additionally, pharmaceutical companies will introduce attendees to resources available for those with MS, and the event will allow MSYPN members the opportunity to discuss their artwork and its meaning.

Please click here to RSVP for the event, or take a look at our Facebook page for more information.

The RMMSC is looking for artists to submit their art — including, but not limited to, photography, paintings, singing, music etc. Please contact Sarah Kyger at skyger@mscenter.org if you would like your artwork featured or if you’d like to attend the event. We hope you join us for Expressions of MS!

We’d like to thank Biogen and Genentech for their support of Expressions of MS, and all our MSYPN events.
