MS 101

Rocky Mountain MS Center’s MS 101 classes provide an indispensable primer on the basics of multiple sclerosis, providing a place for newly-diagnosed individuals and their families and friends to ask questions and get answers that go deeper than clinical explanations and medical facts. This informal discussion of issues is important to people newly diagnosed with MS.

MS 101 is facilitated by Elissa Berlinger, LSCW, and MS Educator, and Kelsey Lantz, Education Coordinator.  CLICK HERE for a full schedule of MS 101 classes and for information about registering.   Here’s what patients have to say about MS 101:

“I loved the format. I felt very comfortable asking as many questions as necessary in order to fully understand the information being presented.

“The information was great and it was presented simply. Pat broke down MS to a level we could all understand.

“Although I had done a lot of research on my own and didn't expect to learn anything, I went. I learned more in that class than in all my reading and research. Suddenly I had real knowledge and hope.”
