Volunteer Spotlight: Lindsay

April 17-25, 2022 is National Volunteer Week! Please join us as we thank the wonderful volunteers who help us fulfill our mission: To improve the quality of life of individuals and their families living with MS and related neurological diseases through care, support, education and research. #NVW

Since October, Lindsay Moyer, an Occupational Therapy Assistant student, came back to KADEP on a consistent basis. She helped with groups and other activities as needed, and recruited other students who had placements elsewhere to check out all that KADEP has to offer.

Lindsay started volunteering with KADEP for class hours, but she has really enjoyed “getting to meet all the KADEP clients and staff and has really enjoyed her time volunteering.” On behalf of the KADEP team, we would like to thank Lindsay for always being willing to help, helping our clients reach their goals, and for bringing so much joy to KADEP.
