Event description:

Please join the RMMSC and Dr. Mark Mañago to learn about living an active lifestyle with MS. Dr. Mañago will go over common exercises done with a physical therapist and ways that people can keep that activity going after PT or instead of PT. There are many options to explore such as community classes, monitoring steps and physical activity (and other strategies for those that can’t walk well), and energy conservation and fatigue management. The latter part of the webinar will focus on monitoring and overcoming barriers to staying active (pain, mood, motivation, mobility limitations). You will be able to submit a question for Dr. Mañago when you register and we will reserve a few minutes at the end for a live Q&A.
