KADEP: How to Apply

Located in Westminster, KADEP is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with scheduled activities from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.

The daily fee is $100. A sliding-scale fee is available for individuals with MS who have limited incomes.

KADEP is certified through the Colorado State Health Department as a Medicaid Home and Community Based Provider, and licensed as an Adult Day Care Provider by the State of Colorado. Individuals eligible for the HCBS program of Medicaid can have their fees paid by Medicaid. Fees are subject to change. Please ask for further information.

KADEP provides engaging, enriching activities for clients with a wide range of interests and abilities.

Our Staff

Our programming staff is made up of Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialists and Exercise Specialists, who provide expert care and innovative activities tailored to the needs of our KADEP clients.

In addition to programming staff, we have a full nursing staff on hand at all times. We also provide healthy meals coordinated by our kitchen crew and a full administrative staff to ensure all clients needs are met.

How to Apply

KADEP welcomes applicants with neurological disabilities and illnesses. Individuals living alone or with family in the community are invited. Individuals residing in nursing homes may be eligible if they are actively working on moving out of the nursing home and returning to community based living.
