MS 101
Join Pat Daily, LCSW and Alex Hempel , NP for an informal discussion of issues important to people newly diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Ms. Daily has cared for people with MS for over 15 years and Ms. Hempel works with people diagnosed with MS full time.


This seminar is held once a month from 5 PM to 7 PM. Please see our calendar for 2011 dates.

Fatigue Managment

The Center also presents a six-week course in fatigue management at regular intervals during the year. Participants meet at our administration in Englewood, CO once a week for two hours and learn how to incorporate a variety of energy conservation strategies into their daily lives. Community Seminars

Community seminars are offered consistently throughout the year. They cover a range of topics on living with MS including the latest research findings on new treatments, the search for the cause and cure, Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM), and all of the issues associated with daily life with multiple sclerosis, from fatigue management, depression and impaired thinking to diet and exercise.
