MS 101 This seminar is held every three weeks from 5 PM to 7 PM. Please see our calendar for 2010 dates. Class size is limited, so please register with Amber Linstrom at 303-788-4030 x100. Fatigue Managment The Center also presents a six-week course in fatigue management at regular intervals during the year. Participants meet at our administration in Englewood, CO once a week for two hours and learn how to incorporate a variety of energy conservation strategies into their daily lives. They cover a range of topics on living with MS including the latest research findings on new treatments, the search for the cause and cure, Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM), and all of the issues associated with daily life with multiple sclerosis, from fatigue management, depression and impaired thinking to diet and exercise.
