The Healthcare Navigator

The Rocky Mountain MS Center encourages people to participate fully in the management of their healthcare journey. To that end, the Center created a user-friendly planner to help people map their travels through the healthcare system. With regular use, the Healthcare Navigator will help you keep track of medications, symptoms, appointments and the important details of your medical history and insurance information. We have also included information about "Advanced Directives," a copy of Five Wishes and other relevant legal information.
