Nestled in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains just a stone’s throw from Red Rocks, there’s a place called Solterra located in Lakewood. The Center will host a private preview  2008 Parade of Homes Party there on July 25 from 6:30-9:30 pm at a Gregg Design Custom Builders home, one of Denver’s most highly regarded builders of custom homes.

The Tuscan-style home will use the latest in construction, design and energy efficient technologies and will be certified Built Green®. The cost will be $25 and visitors are encouraged to bid on actual furnishings inside the home – everything from hand-carved furniture and oil paintings to plasma TVs and accessories. You can tour the home, get decorating ideas, go home with some one-of-a-kind pieces (winning bidders will be notified after Labor Day) and help out the Center at the same time! And, the gorgeous show home is also for sale! Appetizers will be served and all proceeds go to the Center.
